Our availability changes every month, so contact us to find out what our schedule looks like for the next few months. Some months we can start working on projects immediately, however, we sometimes book new projects a few weeks in advance. We only work with 5-6 clients a month so our availability is limited, but if you have a tight schedule you can always ask and we can see if we can accommodate you, or recommend a designer who can.

Of course! A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the beginning of the project to secure your spot on our calendar. After that, the remaining amount is split in installments over the course of the project timeline, depending on the dimensions and cost of the project you acquire, so you can invest with ease!

After reaching out, we’ll send over a proposal document and we can also have a call to get to know each other better. If you’re ready to move ahead, we’ll send over a contract and a 50% deposit through PayPal to get you booked in! We also offer installments so this can be discussed at this stage.

Project timelines vary based on the scope of the project. Our basic logo packages start at 4 weeks, our basic branding packages start at 6 weeks and website packages start at 8 weeks. But this time frame also depends on the availability of the client, how fast the responses are and how long it takes the client to deliver the corrections. Any other services needed will need to be discussed during the inquiry phase so we can give an accurate quote and project timeline.

Providing content is not something we do, it must be provided by you unless you have hired our content editor. If you need time to write it, we will provide you with test content for the approval of the design and wait until you finish it to change the content on the website. We can help you with text snippets like slogans, short messages and some minor corrections, but for larger texts you'll need to do it on your own or hire a content editor, either one on our team or one of your own.
